Your Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the service department

Ensure performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved

Lead, motivate, and support the after-sales service team
-
Optimize work processes to improve departmental efficiency

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
-
Collaborate closely with other dealership departments
-
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
Desired Profile

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and listening abilities

Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively

Strong interest in automotive mechanics and the automotive industry

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Previous team management experience (an asset)

Experience in the automotive industry (an asset)
